Brian D'Arcy, President: Has over twenty-two years experience as an accounting, auditing, and tax professional. Prior to founding D'Arcy & Associates, Inc., Mr. D'Arcy was associated with the CPA firms of Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells, Arthur Young and Company, and Keck Williams and Associates. Mr. D'Arcy is an Honors graduate of Rockhurst College with both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management. He has also completed selected tax law courses through the Masters in Taxation Program of the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Mike Ringhausen, Senior Associate: Has over nineteen years experience as a tax and audit professional. Prior to joining D'Arcy & Associates, Inc., Mr. Ringhausen was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick, CPAs, and was a senior accountant with John Meara and Company, CPAs. Mr. Ringhausen operates from St. Louis, Missouri, and is a key factor in firm practice development. Further, he has primary responsibility for many of the firm's largest clients and some of its most complex tax issue analysis. Having received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from Rockhurst College, Mr. Ringhausen is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jerry Riscoe, Senior Associate: Has over twenty-five years of experience as a tax, audit, and public utility consulting professional. Prior to joining D'Arcy & Associates, Inc., Mr. Riscoe was associated with the law firm of Stanley M. Burnstein P.C., the CPA firm of F. Michael Prestia, Inc., and the public utility consulting firms of Lubow, McKay, Stevens, and Lewis, and Drees, Dunn, Lubow and Company. Mr. Riscoe received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. Mr. Riscoe has also completed selected tax law courses through the Masters in Taxation Program of the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
